I had to request a vacuum to clean up my own mess from the first night.

during my stay, I loved how close I was to the beautiful Port Sunlight River Park, perfect for leisurely walks, and the Lady Lever Art Gallery, which offered a delightful mix of culture and stunning art—all within a short stroll, making exploring the area a breeze.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly during my late arrival, and the breakfast was a great value with good quality. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, which made my short stay enjoyable.

We had a lovely meal with fantastic service, especially from Jorgia, who made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent and well-priced! Would definitely return for that experience.

Had a lovely time here! We snuggled in the comfy double room and enjoyed chilling in the beer garden with a nice drink in hand. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait for our meal, but it didn’t spoil the fun at all! 😊

We stayed for a night and were really impressed! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Dinner was good, and the full English breakfast the next day was cooked just for us. The location is lovely for a stroll, but the breakfast selection was kinda limited since they didn't have many guests.

Our room reeked of nicotine, ruining our stay. With no available rooms to switch to, we had to endure the unpleasant smell. Although we requested a refund for the unacceptable room, it has yet to arrive, causing further frustrations during our family wedding trip.

We had a lovely family room and the staff were super accommodating. The location in Port Sunlight was fantastic for exploring the village and was just a short train ride to Albert Dock in Liverpool, which was a highlight of our trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the stairs were a safety concern and could be improved for families with little ones.

i had a pleasant stay at the bridge inn. the staff were super friendly and really helpful, especially when i arrived in the evening. my single room offered a lovely view of the garden, which was refreshing. plus, the bed was really comfortable!
